Founding

Group ITM – MTI was founded in Belgrade in 1990 and in a very short time became one of the most successful companies in this part of Europe. The company’s formula for success lies in the global infrastructure that includes companies and representative offices in the country and abroad (Vienna, London, Moscow, Podgorica, Banja Luka, Skopje).

The basic instigating force was the bonding of the economies of the Eastern and Western countries. Feedback was established so that the greatest quality products from western producers were distributed and sold to consumers in Eastern countries. At the same time, raw materials and semi-finished products of ferrous metallurgy, chemicals, coal, coke from rich deposit sites in the East were transported in the opposite direction.

Cooperation with manufacturers of equipment and repromaterials such as Krones, Ketner, Staineker, Sopura and others have largely changed technological processes in the brewing industry in the region as well as in Russia.

Company ITM sistem, through the Cold storage Apatin (since the year 2003) has become a significant factor in the field of agriculture, primarily in the field of production and distribution of frozen vegetables and fruits. On over 1.000 ha of land, we produce the best quality products that are further exported in over 15 countries in Europe and the Middle East. Modern production and storage capacities (10.000t) pack their own brand Yupik and brands for other partners as well. The cold storage has the HACCP and ISO 9001 standards.

Since December 2007, ITM is the owner of IPM (Industry of Precise Mechanics) in Belgrade. Its basic activity is the production of engine equipment and the systems for fueling petrol and diesel engines, as well as the production of hydro mechanical servo valves for door mechanisms in construction industries. The factory represents the technical-technological whole with thermal processing, iron foundry and pressing. Since 2004, IPM has had the ISO 9001: 2000 TUV standard of quality and 80% of its products have been exported mainly to the Middle East markets.
